About The Position

We are looking to hire a PCS Test Program Lead.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of job-related experience.
  • CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Advanced systems engineering and integration background
  • Strong customer engagement and briefing skills
  • Expertise in verification planning and execution
  • Proficiency in Jira and IBM Rational DOORS
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional engineering teams
  • Experience operating and/or maintaining AN/BYG-1 or similar combat systems

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test and evaluation strategies
  • Conduct peer reviews of test procedures and facilitate continuous improvement
  • Perform periodic reviews of shift reports and PTR V&V activities
  • Execute orphan analysis to address unallocated requirements or tasks
  • Develop and execute test modernization initiatives
  • Support tester recruitment and hiring processes
  • Monitor progress toward test execution and assess test program risk mitigation success
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee the Test Requirements Document (TRD)
  • Define the scope and structure of test programs and provide inputs to the PCS taskbook
  • Develop and refine the structure of test procedures
  • Oversee the execution of IIATVs
  • Develop and maintain the format and content of ITWG packages
  • Implement and maintain ADMP testing
  • Create and refine TCR content
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for all testing activities
  • Note: This role may require off-shift support for emergent high-priority issues in partner and government labs.
