We are seeking a detail-oriented PCB Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating our printed circuit board assembly line, reworking failed units, and managing production workflows. We require self-driven applicants with a strong attention to detail, and experience with reliably reworking challenging SMT components including QFN parts and exposed pads. Work is split roughly between small-scale, rapid turnaround prototyping runs and intermediate quantity production runs of proven designs. Our PCB line is fundamentally a prototyping line, and you will be running all parts of the setup from pasting and pick/place, to thru-hole soldering, rework, and harnessing. Production quantities are on the smaller side, and you will be working with engineering teams frequently to assemble multiple designs per week. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, hands-on technical skills, advanced soldering experience, and a passion for optimizing manufacturing efficiency across diverse production requirements.
