About The Position

We’re seeking skilled PCB Assembly Technicians to support production in a fast‑paced electronics manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have hands‑on experience with SMT and/or through‑hole assembly, component identification, soldering, and working with detailed engineering documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of solder assembly experience in electronics manufacturing (contract manufacturing or OEM)
• Experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments
• Ability to read datasheets, blueprints, and ECNs
• Experience with hand soldering and rework tools.
• Familiarity with microscopes and ESD‑safe handling
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong component identification skills (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, etc.

Nice To Haves

• IPC preferred

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) following work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Perform SMT and/or through‑hole component placement, soldering, and rework.
• Inspect assemblies for quality, polarity, alignment, and workmanship standards (IPC preferred).
• Operate basic assembly tools such as soldering irons, microscopes, tweezers, torque drivers, and hand tools.
• Perform touch‑up, reflow support, and minor repairs as needed.
• Complete documentation, travelers, and production logs accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD‑safe work area
