About The Position

AdvancedPCB, a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer, is looking for highly motivated individuals who are ready for an exciting and rewarding opportunity. The ideal candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment, show a true sense of urgency, and be willing to cross-train. The Planner ensures travelers and tooling are available by manufacturing and in support of AdvancedPCB’s customer base. Specifically, to provide a single point of contact for manufacturing in resolving issues with travelers and blueprints .

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience in the PCB Industry.
  • Planner I 0-1 years PCB Manufacturing experience. 0-1 years’ experience with CAM application software, such as, Frontline Genesis or similar. Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Planner II Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience as a Planner. 1-2 years of experience with CAM application software, such as, Frontline Gensis or similar. Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Planner III Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience as a Planner. Strong PCB Manufacturing knowledge Ability to interpret industry and customer specifications. PCB work process knowledge Demonstrated ability to be a team player. Strong problem-solving skills. 5-6 years of experience with CAM application software, such as, Frontline Gensis or similar. Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • ITAR Compliance Requirement: This position requires access to controlled technical data and/or participation in activities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As such, all applicants must be U.S. persons, as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or individuals with refugee/asylee status). Candidates who do not meet ITAR eligibility requirements will not be eligible for employment in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Planner I Generate standard (repeat) travelers for manufacturing.
  • Planner II Generate standard (new job & repeat) travelers for manufacturing. Determine standard material stack-ups. Determine tooling configurations and instructions for CAM. Responsible for reviewing customer design data using CAM application software. (Frontline Genesis or similar) Work with on-site Process Engineering for standard process capabilities Customer communication in resolving design questions.
  • Planner III All initial Planner tasks above. Provide travelers for high level technology PCB designs. Work with on-site Process Engineering for build ability capabilities and special high-level project orders. High level communication with customers. (resolving design for manufacturing capabilities).
