About The Position

Dedicated to Excellence, Committed to Service PCA Nurse The Nurse assists the Senior Nurse in protecting the health status of students during school hours. The Nurse also assists in maintaining the First Aid office. Administer Medical Care Assist Senior Nurse in assessing students for minor medical problems and providing basic first aid during school hours. Consult Senior Nurse regarding student care. Contact parents to inform them of health-related issues with their children. Document all health-related activities. Administer Medication Administer medication according to established procedures. Document all medicine delivery. Maintain First Aid Office Maintain appropriate standards for possible exposure to blood-borne pathogens and bodily fluids. Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness in First Aid area. Assist with Records Assist with filing records and helping wherever needed. FLSA Status - Scanning (Non-exempt) Ideal candidates must be born-again Christians and must be dedicated to training young people for serving God; and must desire to educate students based on biblical values and be committed to excellence as a Christian educator who glorifies Christ as the source of all wisdom and knowledge. • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• CNA, LPN, RN, or ARPN
• First Aid

• Physical stamina to handle all healthcare related tasks, sights, & smells
