General Summary: Provide excellent user support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. Provide end user training on computer applications and systems.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, related field or equivalent certificates
  • One to three years relevant technical experience
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment (EPIC, Office 365 products, wireless, scanners, printers)
  • Up to date immunizations as required by MVHC
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills and accuracy
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and practices
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Provider technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to MVHC workflows, computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries in person or over the phone
  • Prepare training manuals
  • Train computer users for MVHC applications as assigned
  • Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve issues
  • Install computers and peripherals for use
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved
  • Monitor ticketing system for tickets assigned to the queue and process first in first out based on priority and escalate as necessary
  • Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
  • Document internal procedures
  • Assist with onboarding of new users
  • Install, test, and configure new workstation, peripheral equipment, and software
  • Maintain inventory, labeling and documentation of equipment, software, and software licenses as assigned
  • Creates user accounts for MVHC applications as assigned.
  • Weekend on-call rotation
  • Other duties as assigned
