About The Position

This position is the critical first line of support for our employees. You will provide exceptional technical support to the Cleveland Brothers' user base through telephone contact, email, and walk-in traffic for everything relating to technology.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a computer-related discipline and 1 year PC support experience
• Or 2 – 3 years of extensive support responsibility if an individual does not possess an Associate Degree
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Strong organizational skills
• Technical curiosity and a desire to understand and solve problems.
• Excellent Customer Service Attitude.
• Must be a team player.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Wireless Technology, Mobile Technology, Cloud Technology.
• Versed in Cyber Security best practice and keeps up with threat landscape.
• Familiar with PC Imaging concepts and software.

Nice To Haves

• M365/Azure cloud expertise desired
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Endpoint Security
• Experience with Smartphone technology products a plus.
• A+ or equivalent certification
• Certifications will change according to technology changes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize iSupport software to open, track, and complete support tickets, and monitor helpdesk phone queue.
• Repair, Configure, and Swap computers and other hardware as required – Should be able to lift 40 pounds
• Respond to email, telephone, and walk-in requests for support for desktops, laptops, software, printers,
• VOIP phones, and mobile devices.
• Password Maintenance for DBSi, CWS (Corporate Web Security), and Active Directory/M365.
• A/D Account creation and administration.
• Support Caterpillar Software and Hardware.
• Occasional travel to branches for technical support operations. – Should possess valid driver's license.
• Punctual, on-site attendance is essential in this role.
• Other duties as assigned.
