The PC/IC Associate manages the plant’s parts desk, releases work to shop floor, and processes paperwork to the shop floor. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the plant’s parts desk
  • Release work to shop floor
  • Process paperwork to the shop floor
  • Schedule parts orders according to service agreement and booking
  • Correspond with credit managers to have credit holds released in a timely manner to facilitate booking of parts orders
  • Release discrete jobs for stocked parts and release batches to production floor
  • Perform date maintenance and troubleshooting on buildings and parts orders booked outside the plant
  • Attach fabrication references to DRW's
  • Print, sort, and distribute DRW's to all production departments
  • Configure custom parts, assign appropriate raw material requirements and routings to parts
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities
