POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Project Control Intern will support project management team in monitoring and tracking project performance to ensure alignment with scope, schedule and cost. This individual will assist with project setup, cost reporting, forecasting, invoice review and will learn about the Project Lifecycle Process for Growth projects.

Requirements

• Basic understandin of cost control and budgeting
• Excel proficiniency
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Finance or related fields.
• Exposure to cost control basics (budgets, forecasting and tracking.
• Ability to read and understand project schedule.
