This position will be the initial point of contact for all patients and guests whether in person or via telephone. Receives and relays iing and outgoing telephone calls for the clinic. Provides directory information and transfers calls as appropriate. Greets all iing patients and visitors as they arrive to the clinic. Answers general questions and directs patients accordingly. Overall this position is responsible for creating a friendly and professional experience for all patients and guests who arrive at the clinic or call on the phone seeking assistance.
