Performs the essential duties and responsibilities and the primary functions of a PBX Operator. This position will professionally and courteously answers all PBX calls and directs all coals to the proper location. Arrives at work on time as scheduled and properly clocks in and out as required by Midland Health policy. This position maintains a professional relationship with patients and staff of WTO, responds courteously and respectfully, exhibits acceptable interpersonal skills when dealing with patients, visitors and other staff, completes annual education and other required training in services and speaks clearly and concisely.
