Display good telephone public relations and communications skills. Ability to work in an organized and independent manner and handle heavy telephone calls in a calmly manner. Maintain and respect confidentiality of patients and facility. Maintain current and accurate records of patients’ names, room numbers phone extensions via daily census report. Update all PBX directories and communication books for current and accurate information. Completes miscellaneous duties as assigned. Performs all other duties as assigned.
