This position requires confidentiality and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements

• Requires demonstrated payroll knowledge and experience; educational background is flexible
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter with problem solving capabilities
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ECMS preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Payroll entry/timecards
• Payroll Processing
• Helping employees with payroll-related questions, such as time off, benefits, and system navigation
• Certified Payroll reporting
• Expense entries
• PTO term payouts, calculation and journal entry
• Calculate prevailing wage
• Perform other duties as assigned
