About The Position

The HR Technology & Operations (HRTO) team recently transitioned from HR into the IT organization, while continuing its core mission of translating HR strategy into stable, compliant, scalable, and user‑friendly technology and operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations by providing functional and technical support across Oracle HCM and ADP payroll platforms. You’ll support global payroll processes, help stabilize new implementations, and partner closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll issues efficiently—directly contributing to a positive employee experience and strong operational outcomes across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • 2–3 years of experience supporting payroll operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM (Payroll, Time & Labor, or related modules).
  • Experience supporting ADP payroll applications, with Workforce Manager (WFM) experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills, including manual data validation and reconciliation (e.g., VLOOKUPs).
  • Experience working with international payroll and global teams.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working across cultures and time zones.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and contribute with minimal training in a fast‑moving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to ADP Celergo, especially for international payroll.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification (preferred but not required).
  • Experience supporting payroll implementations or post‑go‑live stabilization efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and post go‑live stabilization of ADP Workforce Manager (WFM) and ADP Celergo .
  • Provide day‑to‑day functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM, including Time & Labor and Payroll modules.
  • Perform monthly payroll comparison audits, validating time and payroll data between Oracle and ADP using Excel.
  • Investigate discrepancies, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot payroll and system issues, responding to inquiries from internal users and business partners.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors (Oracle and ADP) to resolve issues and support payroll cycles.
  • Support Oracle HCM quarterly updates, including testing and issue resolution.
  • Continuously learn new functionality and support enhancements, including AI tools or custom solutions that improve business operations.
