The Impact You Will Have in This Role The HR Technology & Operations (HRTO) team recently transitioned from HR into the IT organization, while continuing its core mission of translating HR strategy into stable, compliant, scalable, and user ‑ friendly technology and operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations by providing functional and technical support across Oracle HCM and ADP payroll platforms. You’ll support global payroll processes, help stabilize new implementations, and partner closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll issues efficiently—directly contributing to a positive employee experience and strong operational outcomes across the organization.
