About The Position

Position oversees the daily operations of payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with Accounting or Finance background preferred.
  • 3-5 years of payroll experience.
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the work of a team of payroll clerks analysts that input payroll data and prepare payroll checks.
  • Inputs changes to personnel information or tax law and overtime or bonus payments or calculations.
  • Maintains personnel records including timesheets.
  • Assists in the preparation and distribution of payroll-related summaries.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
