As a Payroll Specialist at WES Construction Corp., you will work directly with our Office Manager and Treasurer to ensure payroll and related tasks are completed with accuracy. Your responsibilities will include: Accurately complete weekly payroll for 65+ employees, including time verification Coordinate with subcontractors to collect and report certified payroll Support monthly reconciliation of accounts Lead onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring accurate reporting Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff Support miscellaneous office tasks
