About The Position

The Payroll Specialist will assist in processing bi-weekly payroll, required payroll reporting, helping to maintain employee records.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn ADP Workforce Now, Toast, Restaurant 365, OneDrive and other necessary platforms.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry with multi-unit payroll and/or tip allocations.
• Two years of experience in payroll & tip processing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Two years of experience in payroll & tip processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enters, maintains, and processes information in the payroll system.
• Issues, or reissues, physical or electronic renumeration.
• Reconcile payroll biweekly, quarterly, and annually.
• Processes garnishments, maintains tax rates and credits.
• Assist in processing status changes including onboarding, promotions, terminations and unemployment claims.
• Provides light phone support / fielding incoming calls.
• Performs other duties as assigned
