About The Position

Dough Nation is a dynamic franchise management group that owns and operates 22 Papa Johns locations across Washington, Idaho, and Montana. We're passionate about great pizza, great people, and great marketing that connects our stores to the communities we serve.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, Part-Time Payroll Specialist to manage our bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200+ employees across multiple states. This role offers a flexible schedule of 15–25 hours every two weeks, specifically timed to support our payroll processing windows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing for at least 200 employees.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-state payroll regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with payroll software, iSolved is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees across various states, ensuring accuracy in wages, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Manage multi-state compliance, including state-specific tax laws and garnishment requirements.
• Review and verify timecards and payroll data entry for accuracy.
• Maintain updated employee records and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
• Researches and resolves any payroll-related adjustments, problems, or questions; maintains record of adjustment or resolution.
• Provides excellent customer service with clear and timely communications on payroll questions and issues.
• Prepare and generate payroll reports as required by management.
• Stays informed of changes to employment and payroll laws and regulations.
• Other related duties, as assigned.
