Work hard, play hard! The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, and distribution of payroll via payroll system. This role responds to and resolves any inquiries regarding paychecks as well as coordinates with outside service providers. Additionally, this role works closely with the departments Staff Accountants, communicating payroll specific reporting. This position also maintains employee personnel files and some benefit administration. Our ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of current payroll processing experience. You’re very detail oriented, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines with strong accuracy. You enjoy helping your fellow employees with various payroll & benefit inquiries and bring an overall positive attitude to the office!
