About The Position

As an Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls for assigned employees using ADP Workforce Now. You will ensure the accurate processing of all payroll aspects, maintain time and attendance records, handle payroll deductions, and manage compensation changes. Additionally, you will perform pre-processing and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks and prepare necessary reports for month-end.

Requirements

  • 3 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now & E-time.
  • Experience processing payroll for 1000 employees.
  • Knowledge of V & X Lookups.
  • Understanding of multistate payroll, including termination pay.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Logical and methodical work manner with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of payroll processing principles.
  • Ability to interact effectively with various levels of management.
  • Capability to work well under strict deadlines and in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Process weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls using ADP Workforce Now.
  • Maintain and process time and attendance records.
  • Manage payroll deductions, compensation changes, overtime, and shift changes.
  • Perform pre-processing and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks.
  • Prepare and provide required payroll and related reports for month-end.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees via tickets.
  • Review and accurately complete periodic and year-end reporting information.
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.
