About The Position

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across all company operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely employee compensation. This role serves as a key resource for payroll-related guidance, supports system and process improvements, and enhances the employee experience through education, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Payroll Specialist collaborates closely with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment of payroll practices across Everent Health and its affiliates.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of payroll processing experience required
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Payroll/HRIS systems
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
