About The Position

Manage daily timekeeping and weekly payroll processes with precision and confidentiality
Process employee transactions and updates in coordination with internal teams
Conduct I-9 and E-Verify checks to ensure compliance
Maintain and update records including DOT medical certificates and emergency contacts
Support HR and operational initiatives through special projects and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on payroll experience, with a primary focus on timekeeping and payroll processes (70% of the role)
• Experience with HR-related duties (30% of the role)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately under pressure
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with prevailing wage requirements is a strong plus
