Job Description Entry Level 0-2 years of experience Maintain all payroll data, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality Verify accuracy of timesheets and correct any errors Process personnel changes in payroll system (Dayforce) Research and help with tax issues Be able to compute withholding and deductions with gross earnings Respond to Verification of Employment requests Run & distribute payroll reports Create and update payroll processing manuals Filing/Scanning Be able to troubleshoot issue before asking for assistance Communicate timely and professionally with employees and managers to help and resolve issues Takes on additional tasks when requested by management Creates efficient processes
