The Role: The Schedule / Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring schedules are completed and departments are appropriately staffed for events. In addition, they are responsible for processing and maintaining payroll records in accordance with Live Nation payroll policies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2 years in a similar or like position.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work against deadlines.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
  • A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
  • Position requires constant sitting, typing, walking and occasional lifting over 2 5lbs.
  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all departments are adequately staffed for every event (adequately for each individual staffing level) per the department head’s request.
  • Process time-keeping data and make any necessary edits prior to requesting final approval from management before it is submitted for processing.
  • Ensure all time reports are printed and signed off on by each Department Manager and turned in to OPS manager.
  • Accurately submit all hours worked for team members, including manual entries, into payroll system for timely processing.
  • Submits retro pay upon request of the Operations Manager.
  • Consult any and all Band Members with WORKDAY or payroll questions or concerns
  • Manage all specialty one time payments as necessary – Security License Reimbursements / bonuses / etc.
  • Ensure record keeping and proper filling of employment records.
  • Responsible for maintaining employee records in our HRIS system, Workday.
  • Support the on-boarding of event staff by Provide necessary reports to Experience Manager, OPS Manager, General Manager.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
