Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook skills
Must type a minimum of 45 words per minute
Ability to communicate effectively
Strong ethics and ability to keep information confidential
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Calculate bi-weekly commissions and leads
Review invoices and timesheets for earnings
Verify layouts received for technicians in our POS system
Enter and verify all time for daily commission calculations
Process final timesheets for terminated technicians
Verify payroll amounts were entered/calculated correctly prior to each pay period cut off
Enter all new hires in to paysheets
