About The Position

The Payroll & Ops Coordinator will assist in processing bi-weekly payroll, required payroll reporting, helping to maintain employee records, and assisting in the day-to-day coordination of general office support.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn ADP Workforce Now, Toast, Restaurant 365, One Drive and other necessary platforms.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry with multi-unit payroll and/or tip allocations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of experience in payroll & tip processing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Enters, maintains, and processes information in the payroll system.
  • Issues, or reissues, physical or electronic renumeration.
  • Reconcile payroll biweekly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Processes garnishments, maintains tax rates and credits.
  • Assist in processing status changes including onboarding, promotions, terminations and unemployment claims.
  • Provide administrative support including ordering supplies, stocking kitchen, assisting in mailing out employee correspondence and shipping company collateral to the various units, sorting, processing, and distributing incoming mail, and coordinating monthly office gatherings/celebrations.
  • Provides light phone support / fielding incoming calls.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
