About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Payroll Manager. In this role, you will oversee payroll processing for all sites to
ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting. This is an on-site position at our Wisconsin Dells, WI, location.

Requirements

• Three to five years of administrative and/or payroll experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and related payroll taxes required.
• Team-oriented professional who thrives in a hands-on environment.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A leadership style grounded in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with ADP.
• Advanced degree in accounting or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain time and attendance systems to process payroll daily
• Prepare and communicate financial reports
• Prepare tax reports and other required regulatory filings
• Monitor and prepare deduction schedules and ensure timely payments
• Ensure proper and timely paycheck distribution
• Maintain a working knowledge of current payroll-related laws and regulations
• Prepare and input all required payroll journal entries
• Respond to government inquiries upon receipt
• Monitor and maintain timekeeping equipment
