The Payroll Manager, U.S. manages day-to-day operations of the Company’s Payroll Department. Ensures all processing of the weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for Region North America. The Manager will collaborate closely with Human Resources on compliance and business initiatives, and will partner with the Finance team in ensuring proper recording and cut-off of accounting for labor expenses and accruals. Researches and interprets applicable regulatory requirements and resolves tax, withholding, garnishment, and wage/hour issues for payroll processing. Responds to auditing and regulatory inquiries. Creates standard operating procedures, monitors monthly journal entries and accrual schedules. May respond to and resolve client inquiries. May work with system programmers and/or vendor to achieve solutions or administer company payroll system with outside service provider. This position requires working onsite 3 days per week at our U.S. headquarters in Lake Zurich, IL.
