About The Position

Join our growing Carbel × Arvato Family! Carbel, part of Arvato, is a full-service 3PL provider serving national and international clients across various industries, with a strong focus on fashion and retail. Support HRIS and payroll systems, timekeeping platforms, and related operational projects across multiple warehouse locations. Assist with system maintenance, user support, training coordination, and project-related activities. Support consistent system use and effective system adoption across locations. YOUR TASKS Support HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping system maintenance and administration Assist with system configuration, employee data updates, and access management Support system-related projects, enhancements, implementations, and testing Assist with training coordination and system support for HR and Operations teams Serve as a point of contact for system-related questions and basic troubleshooting Support reporting and data validation related to system configurations and usage Partner with Payroll, HR, and Operations teams to support system initiatives Assist with audits, system reviews, and data requests as needed Perform additional duties as assigned, including supporting payroll, HRIS, and operational reporting needs QualificationsYOUR PROFILE Experience in HRIS, payroll systems, timekeeping platforms, or related operational support roles Hands-on experience working with a payroll or timekeeping platform (Paycom preferred; UKG a plus) Strong interest in system maintenance, training support, and project coordination Strong attention to detail and comfort working with system data and reports Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a project-based environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally Exposure to multi-site or warehouse/logistics environments is a plus Fluency in English and Spanish required Interest in growing within HRIS, Total Rewards, or systems-focused roles WE OFFER Medical and Life insurance Paid Time Off, including paid holidays Voluntary benefits such as Dental, Vision, Gap insurance, short-term disability, accident insurance, critical illness, and cancer insurance

Requirements

• Experience in HRIS, payroll systems, timekeeping platforms, or related operational support roles
• Hands-on experience working with a payroll or timekeeping platform (Paycom preferred; UKG a plus)
• Strong interest in system maintenance, training support, and project coordination
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with system data and reports
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a project-based environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
