Position Summary: Responsible for providing payroll and compliance services to external clients. Activities include payroll processing, direct deposit payments, online pay statements, etc. Handles employee data receipt (time, attendance etc.) and validation. Follow-ups on incorrect pay information. Standardizes client’s payroll processing system and procedures, and provides timely, efficient and accurate processing of payroll data. Applies broad theoretical sub-function knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. Work is closely supervised.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Providing payroll and compliance services to external clients.
  • Payroll processing, direct deposit payments, online pay statements, etc.
  • Handles employee data receipt (time, attendance etc.) and validation.
  • Follow-ups on incorrect pay information.
  • Standardizes client’s payroll processing system and procedures, and provides timely, efficient and accurate processing of payroll data.
  • Applies broad theoretical sub-function knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
  • Facing function related problems that are not typically difficult or complex.
  • Explaining facts, policies and practices related to the job area.
  • Grows capabilities and skill sets within Function
