The Payroll Data Analyst is responsible for managing the conversion of client data from various payroll HRIS or record-keeping systems into Corebridge Financials’ proprietary systems. The Lead Data Analyst must utilize strong communication skills to collaborate with the Payroll Specialist and Analyst to ensure team members are completing projects in accordance with the team’s policies, procedures and best practices. The Lead will research, analyze and recommend data conversion strategies for complex payroll projects by completing plan analysis and partnering with the compliance team to ensure results are in line with plan provisions. The results of the plan analysis will be used to identify data deficiencies, define remediation of deficiencies and construct a statement of work that properly outlines the conversion process to reformat into Corebridge Financial data requirements and services provided to the plan sponsor.
