Requirements

2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as payroll software systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience using UKG Workforce Management is preferred.
Experience in a multi-location or large retail environment is preferred.
Familiarity with UKG Pro (Ultipro) or similar HRIS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process, audit, and maintain bi-weekly payroll records for designated locations.
Review weekly timecards to validate edits for paid and unpaid time (e.g., PTO, leaves of absence).
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies; communicate timely resolutions to team members and management.
Accurately input and update new hire and termination data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Serve as a primary support contact for UKG Workforce Management, including user access, troubleshooting, reporting, and system updates.
Provide wage verification documentation for third-party requests.
Handle sensitive and confidential payroll data with integrity and discretion.
