The Payroll Coordinator will be an integral part of our HR team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our 1700 employees. You will leverage ADP for payroll management and Workday for employee data maintenance, demonstrating your expertise in these systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Accurately process bi-weekly payroll for 1000 employees using ADP WFN. This includes handling regular pay, bonuses, deductions, and benefits. Data Management: Maintain employee data integrity, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate for payroll processing. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices. Prepare relevant payroll reports for management. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with HR and finance teams to address any payroll-related issues. Provide support and training to employees on ADP and Workday functionalities. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll and employee data. Be proactive in suggesting improvements to payroll processes. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files, ensuring confidentiality and security of data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a large organization
  • Proficiency in ADP WFN and Time/ Labor Management
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and reporting requirements
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
