About The Position

As a Payroll Coordinator, you will help ensure the accurate preparation, balancing, and timely delivery of firmwide payrolls (weekly, biweekly, off cycle). You will support payroll recordkeeping and reporting while maintaining employee data and partnering with employees and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll questions. Weekend and holiday work hours may be required depending on payroll dates.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in accounting, business or a related area preferred.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a payroll related role required.
  • Strong attention to detail, data management, and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, problem-solve, and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and balance firmwide payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain employment and personal data in UKG; support integrations/inputs with Deltek VantagePoint as needed.
  • Support payroll tax activities, including reviewing tax filings and assisting with responses to payroll tax questions.
  • Process and reconcile payroll deductions; assist with new deduction and new jurisdiction setup.
  • Produce payroll reports; maintain organized records and audit ready documentation.
  • Contribute to payroll procedures, job aids, and employee communications in alignment with firm standards.
  • Partner with employees and internal teams to answer payroll questions and provide a high level of client service.
