About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Coordinator to manage all aspects of timecard and payroll processing for internal employees in the US and Canada. Each coordinator is assigned a specific district to oversee, ensuring accurate timecard entries and handling of high-hour confirmations, PTO, sick leave, and per-diems. The role involves significant troubleshooting and assisting employees with time entry, as well as conducting pre-payroll and post-payroll audits to identify any discrepancies. The majority of the work is conducted using SAP and ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in payroll processing and data entry.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail, especially in handling payroll-related tasks.
  • Experience with payroll software such as SAP and ADP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical skills and professional office experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is ideal.
  • College degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Previous SAP experience preferred.
  • Experience in a shared services environment is a plus.
  • Adaptability in a high-volume work environment.
  • Strong desire to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of timecard and payroll for internal employees in the US and Canada.
  • Oversee a designated district, ensuring accurate timecard entries and handling high-hour confirmations.
  • Manage PTO, sick leave, and per-diems, including additions, removals, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and assist employees with time entry issues.
  • Conduct pre-payroll and post-payroll audits to identify discrepancies.
  • Work extensively with SAP and ServiceNow for payroll processing.
  • Meet performance metrics, processing approximately 15 tickets per day or 300 per month.
  • Adapt to potential KPI adjustments such as cases per hour to better account for time off.
