We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Coordinator to manage all aspects of timecard and payroll processing for internal employees in the US and Canada. Each coordinator is assigned a specific district to oversee, ensuring accurate timecard entries and handling of high-hour confirmations, PTO, sick leave, and per-diems. The role involves significant troubleshooting and assisting employees with time entry, as well as conducting pre-payroll and post-payroll audits to identify any discrepancies. The majority of the work is conducted using SAP and ServiceNow.
