Respond accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of associate and former associate communication, including phone calls, emails, and service desk tickets. Resolve difficult and sensitive issues in an objective and timely manner, using problem solving and negotiation skills Multitask in a fast-paced environment while receiving a high volume of inbound/outbound calls but still providing excellent customer service Assist with the processing of adjustments to weekly payroll for stores, home office and distribution center associates. Review to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support stores, DC’s, and 300+ home office payroll administrators with questions and concerns with associate pay. Assist with adjusting associate data for paid time off, shift differential hours, union payments, bonus, credit union contributions, etc. Assist with the processing of inbound files for 401k, shift differentials, new stores, benefits and DC incentive pay. Create and maintain spreadsheets Special projects/duties as assigned Who We Are Looking For: You.
