About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Coordinator to manage high-volume payroll processing, including both regular and supplemental payrolls for salaried and hourly employees. The role involves handling various aspects of payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment, and maintaining essential payroll records.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to create spreadsheets, filter, and sort data.
  • Experience with payroll processing and automated time-keeping systems, such as WFM and HRMS like UKG Pro.
  • Knowledge of multistate payroll and state and local tax deductions.
  • Strong customer service skills, excellent mathematics skills, acute attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize duties and work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with California final checks would be helpful.
  • Experience in handling multistate payroll is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the entry of automated time-keeping data into both automated HRMS and Payroll System for a weekly payroll.
  • Run weekly payroll and monthly supplemental payrolls for incentives.
  • Process manual checks and maintain deductions, direct deposits, and garnishment information in payroll systems.
  • Enter new hire information into systems and file, process, and enter payroll change notices.
  • Collaborate with various levels of management to collect necessary data for proper adjustments within the HRMS and payroll systems.
