Payroll Clerk (Seasonal) Responsibilities and Duties Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data Maintains sick pay schedules Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage and department/division transfers Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information Process new employees for field, packing and cold storage departments Complete requests for pay-related documents including statements and verifications Qualifications and Skills Attention to detail Prior experience using Famous software or PickTrace software is a plus Strong communication and organization skills Ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in a team-based environment Pay Range (Low $17.00/hour to Max $19.00/hour) This position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above. If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.
