The Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS Specialist plays a central role in ensuring that our employees’ experience—from payroll accuracy to benefits access to onboarding—is seamless, compliant, and high-quality. This position combines hands-on ownership of payroll and benefits with data stewardship across our HR systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and motivated to build efficient processes that scale with a growing company.
