The Payroll & Benefits Administrator oversees all payroll and benefits related work for CHN. This individual holds primary responsibility for processing bi-weekly payroll and ensuring the accuracy of all employee compensation and deductions. This individual also serves as the primary liaison between CHN, its employee benefits brokers, and CHN employees on all matters related benefits enrollment and deductions. The individual is required to perform detailed analysis of highly complex payroll data, identifying and resolving discrepancies accurately and expeditiously. This individual must be comfortable managing a large transactional volume in a complex, dynamic environment and extremely detailed oriented in their approach.
