Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in automotive payroll or accounting is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive payroll or administrative support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain employee payroll records and update information as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and audits.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues in a professional manner.
• Support the payroll team in other administrative and payroll-related duties as assigned.
