This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to DMAX located in Moraine, Ohio, at minimum 4 days per week, and has to be available on Monday’s when payroll is processed. The Role This position is responsible for preparation, distribution and maintenance of DMAX Hourly and Salary employee payrolls where decisions are made within the limits of general practices, policies and procedures. In addition, this position will work as a key partner with plant operating leadership, giving timely and relevant reports, analysis and advice that drives business decisions. This team member will be looked to for recommendations that drive profitability, mitigate risks and solve business problems. This work involves a high level of collaboration, judgement, decision-making, accuracy, creativity, and initiative.
