Responsibilities

Accurately manage payroll for our diverse team, including the calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
Scrutinize timesheets, attendance records, and other documents to ensure error-free payroll entries.
Oversee the preparation and distribution of paychecks and direct deposit transactions, ensuring timely delivery.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee and client payroll queries, delivering prompt and accurate responses.
Maintain impeccable records of communications with employees and clients to support transparent and efficient operations.
Generate comprehensive payroll reports for management, providing insights into payroll activities.
Work closely with the HR department to maintain up-to-date and accurate employee data in the payroll system.
Keep abreast of the latest payroll regulations and compliance requirements to ensure our practices meet all legal standards.
