About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support executive payroll operations. This role involves handling confidential information, managing payroll and onboarding processes, and managing talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and capable of performing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Post secondary school education or minimum of 3 years’ experience in Payroll.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage documentation effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
  • Assisting with the input of payroll details into Paycor, reconciling with documentation provided so that data is accurate.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll.
  • Assisting with research, filing, labeling, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate data.
  • Some onboard and offboard employees.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
