The Payroll Administrator supports the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of multi-state payroll operations. This role plays a critical part in payroll execution, payroll tax compliance, system maintenance, and audit support while delivering a high level of service to employees and internal stakeholders. This role requires hands-on payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and working knowledge of payroll tax filings and HRIS systems, including Paylocity. The Payroll Administrator partners closely with the Payroll Manager, HR, and Finance to ensure payroll data integrity, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
