The role of Payroll Administrator includes providing support for all basic payroll and HR functions within CSI. This includes, but is not limited to: Weekly processing of all payroll activities; preparing W2s; preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports to Accounting; and wage garnishment processing. Administering FMLA, Sick Pay, Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance claims. Assisting teammates with payroll and HR related inquiries Maintaining and auditing physical and electronic personnel files. Initiating New Hire Onboarding, conducting Orientation, and entering in various databases. Generating weekly and quarterly payroll tax reports. Maintaining current cross-training within all HR functions, to provide back up as needed. Maintaining a high level of integrity, ethical character, and honesty in all actions. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
No relatives or household members employed by NCSI

Nice To Haves

SAP Payroll, Success Factors and Ceridian Dayforce experience
Payroll tax and financial reporting experience

Responsibilities
