This role maintains employee payroll records, processes biweekly payroll cycles, ensures adherence to wage and hour regulations, and provides exceptional support to employees and managers. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and committed to maintaining data integrity within Paycom while partnering closely with HR and Accounting.
