Requirements

  • Associates degree or higher strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in a payroll processing position.
  • Microsoft Excel and Word a must.
  • Large company experience preferred (5,000+ employees.)
  • Multiple state payroll processing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Workday experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payrolls.
  • Triage and troubleshoot internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner and seeks supervisor’s guidance for non-routine inquiries.
  • Support the team through accurate input of information and changes into the payroll system.
  • Use software and company systems to audit and analyze reports.
  • Plans, organizes and executes tasks and activities with urgency and in accordance with supervisors’ delegated assignments.
