This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing payroll accurately and maintaining payroll-related employee data within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role is focused exclusively on payroll administration and ensuring compliance with payroll procedures and regulations for the Association. A Dynamic Opportunity in Payroll Operations Seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to support a high-volume, fast -paced, biweekly payroll operation. Must manage all aspects of the payroll cycle every two eeks for a large workforce. Very limited downtime between payroll cycles - work transitions quickly from closing one cycle to preparing for the next. We experience significant seasonal staffing fluctuations during the summer and seasonal peak periods, especially with temporary, par-time and short term hires. Must be comfortable handling a steady stream of employee changes. Must be comfortable with continous data entry, updates and verification, and communications with supervisors. Provide ongoing support for supervisory and management staff accrosss multiple departments
